Ezee Technical Service LLC provides a wide range of technical services, interior fit-out works, events, and exhibition solutions. All services are carried out by trained professionals, with every effort made to ensure quality and compliance.

2. Time-Based Billing

For certain projects, charges may be calculated based on the actual time spent by our specialists. A minimum call-out fee may apply. Any additional time required will be discussed and approved with the client.

3. Inspection & Troubleshooting Services

Diagnostic visits, inspections, or fault-finding tasks may be billed separately, even if no further services are requested. This includes site surveys, troubleshooting, and technical reporting.

4. Fixed-Price Agreements

Some projects may be carried out under a fixed-price quotation, which includes the defined scope of work, materials, and estimated timeline. Any changes or variations outside the agreed quotation will be subject to revised charges.

5. Feedback & Complaints

We are committed to customer satisfaction. If you have any concerns, please contact us promptly in writing. Our team will review and respond with a fair and professional resolution.

6. Liability Limitations

While we take every precaution to deliver safe and reliable services, Ezee Technical Service LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our liability is limited to the direct cost of the service provided.

7. Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
